Additional time is billed at $30 per 30 minutes.

About Me

With over 20 years of hands-on IT experience, I’ve helped people troubleshoot everyday tech issues and supported larger systems, from personal devices to full server environments. I’ve worked directly with Apple for three years and supported customers across multiple phone companies. I started Troy’s Local Tech Help to bring reliable, honest, and friendly tech support to my local community, helping take the stress out of technology and making sure people feel comfortable and confident using their devices.
